Order
We offer you a variety of different payment options for your order with us. For payment in the papercrush Shop, you can choose from:

• Klarna (invoice, instant transfer, direct debit)

• Prepayment by bank transfer
Shipping
Shipping within Germany costs €3.99. If your order value reaches €25.00, we will deliver to your home free of charge.
For deliveries to Switzerland or EU countries, shipping costs €3.99 or CHF 3.99. Shipping is free for orders over €25.00 / CHF 25.00.

Unless otherwise stated on the article page, shipping takes between 1-3 business days from the time of order.
Yes, delivery to a packing station is possible without any problems. To do this, you must first register with DHL. If you have not already done so, you can register here.
For delivery to a packing station, you only need to observe the following points when entering your delivery address:
- Enter the following in the "Street, house number" field: Packstation + No. (e.g. Packstation 100)
- Enter your personal PostNumber in the "Additional address information" field.
- Now enter the postcode and city of the packing station in the corresponding fields.
By the way: We ship our cards in a flat DIN A5 envelope that fits in any normal letterbox. You therefore do not have to be at home for delivery.
Shipping costs for forwarding papercrush pop-up cards within Germany currently vary between EUR 1.10 (compact letter) and EUR 1.80 (large letter).

Invoice
We will send you the invoice for your order by email one day after your order has been shipped.
If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam folder to see if it ended up there.
If you selected Klarna invoice payment for your order, you will receive an email from Klarna with payment information after your order has been shipped.
You have already received your order, but the corresponding Klarna invoice is missing? We recommend the following:
- Check the spam folder in your inbox. Sometimes an important email ends up there.
- Log in here to see all your Klarna invoices from the last few months at a glance.
If you cannot find the invoice, it is best to contact Klarna customer service. They can be reached by phone at: 0221 669 501 10 (Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00; Sat-Sun 08:00-17:00)

Returns
Yes, of course. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase. We will cover the costs of the return shipping (personalized items are excluded).
Money back in 3 steps:
1. Log in to our returns portal.
2. Receive a return label from us for free return shipping.
3. After receipt of the goods, we will refund the full purchase price as quickly as possible.
We usually process refunds within 1-2 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Personalizations
Yes, for many of our pop-up cards we offer personalization with text, photo and/or video. To do this, select the option "Personalize" on the respective product page and click the button to open the editor.
For orders of 1,000 cards or more, we offer custom-made individual cards. If you or your company are interested in a custom pop-up card, please contact us at service@papercrush.de. Ideally, when you contact us, you should already provide some details about your desired card, such as the desired pop-up design, the planned order quantity, and the desired completion date.
