Shipment

Shipping within Germany costs 2,99€. If you reach an order value of €25.00, we will deliver free shipping to your home.

For delivery to Switzerland or EU countries, shipping costs €3.99 or CHF 3.99. Shipping is free for orders over €25.00 / CHF 25.00.

Shipping takes - unless otherwise stated on the item page - between 1-3 working days from the time of order.

Yes, delivery to a packing station is possible without any problems. To do this, you must first register with DHL. If you haven't done so yet, you can Login here.

For delivery to a packing station, you only need to consider these points when entering your delivery address:

  • Enter the following in the “Street, house number” field: Packstation + No. (z.B. Packstation 100)
  • Enter yours in the “Additional address or company” field Zip code a.

By the way: We send our cards in a flat A5 envelope that fits into any normal mailbox. So you don't have to be at home for delivery.

The postage costs for forwarding papercrush pop up cards within Germany currently vary between EUR 1.00 (compact letter) and EUR 1.60 (capital letter).

Cards with a dimension of 12x17,5 cm require a postage stamp franked with EUR 1.00, cards with a dimension of 13x18 cm or 15x15cm require a postage stamp franked with EUR 1.60,

The invoice

We will send you the invoice for your order by email one day after your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received an email from us, it is best to check whether it may be in ended up in your spam folder.

If you selected Klarna purchase on account when placing your order, you will receive an email from Klarna with payment information after your order has been dispatched.

Have you already received your order, but the associated Klarna invoice is missing? We recommend the following:

  • Check the spam folder in your inbox. Sometimes an important email gets lost there.
  • log you here to see all your Klarna invoices from the last few months at a glance.

If you can't find the invoice, it's best to contact Klarna customer service. This can be reached by telephone at: 0221 669 501 10 (Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Sat-Sun 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

Returns

Yes, of course. If the card you ordered does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days send it back to us after purchase. We will cover the costs for return shipping.

Money back in 3 steps:

1. Log in to our Returns portal a.
2. Receive a return label from us for free return shipping.
3. After receipt of the goods, we will refund you the entire purchase price within 1-2 working days.

If you send the goods back from Germany, the return shipping is free.
If you return from abroad, shipping costs of €3.99 will be charged.

We usually issue the refund within 1-2 working days of receiving your return. The refund will be made to the payment method you originally used.

Personalizations

Yes, we offer personalization with text and photos for many of our pop-up cards. To do this, select the “Personalize” option on the respective product page and click on the button to open the editor.

From a purchase quantity of 1,000 cards, we offer custom-made products for individual cards. If you or your company are interested in an individual pop-up card, contact us at service@papercrush.de. Ideally, when you make your request, you should also give us some details about your desired card, such as the desired pop-up motif, the planned order quantity and the desired completion date.
