Not 100% satisfied? Then 100% money back.

If the ordered goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days no ifs and buts send back. We will cover the costs of return shipping and once we have received your return, you will receive a full refund. 

Money back in 3 steps:

1. Cancel your return within 30 days through our Returns portal an.

2. Receive a return label from us for free return shipping.

3. After receipt of the goods, we will refund you the entire purchase price within 24 hours.

Requirement:

• Your residence is in Germany
• You ordered the goods in our online shop
• You have not labeled the card(s) yet
